Negative states of mind – caused by, for example, worry, anger, boredom or impatience….

                                   
Your state of mind, adversely affects our emotional equilibrium and that of the people around us. This meditation mantra can help to resolve them.

  • I will make time and space to empty my mind.
  • I will rest and savour the quiet moment.
  • I will calmly examine the cause of my bad feelings.
  • I will not allow them to persist.

When you are feeling overwhelmed, take a step back, and use this meditation to relax and restore both your mind and body.
