State of mind ~ meditation mantra

Negative states of mind, created by stress, worry, anxiety and boredom, for example, adversely affect our emotional equilibrium, and that of people around us. 

When you sense a bad feeling that overwhelms you, take a step back and use meditative techniques to restore balance to your mind and life.

  • I will make time and space to empty my mind.
  • I will rest and savour the quiet moment.
  • I will calmly examine the cause of my bad feelings.
  • I will not allow them to persist.
