Negative state of mind – created by worry, anger, boredom, or impatience.

Having a negative mindset adversely affects our emotional equilibrium, and also the people around us.

When you sense that bad feelings are overwhelming you, take a step back, use meditation to restore balance to your mind and life.

Meditation mantra

  • I will make time and space to empty my mind.
  • I will rest and savour the quiet moment.
  • I will calmly examine the cause of my bad feelings.
  • I will not allow them to persist.
