With a sense of adventure and curiosity, we can learn and experience more, moment by moment.

A recent study shows that mindfulness practices may not only be responsible for structural changes in the brain, but also extend our life.

So far, the research has shown psychological and cognitive changes: improvements in perception and well-being, for example. However, it also appears that meditation might actually help delay the process of ageing by protecting the caps, or telomeres, located at the ends of our chromosomes.
