If you weren’t afraid of what other people would think or say, what would you do?

You can determine if your life choices are what you really desire, your dreams can often show you an insight into what you truly wish for.

You can try this visualisation:

Sit up straight, rest your hands on your thighs with your palms facing upwards. Ensure that you are sitting naturally.

If you are relaxed you can channel and receive positive energies.

Close your eyes and turn your focus inwards. Focus on your inner self.

Allow your inner spirit to come forward, and surrender the images you wish to see.

Let your wisdom guide you to create images in your mind.

Surrender to this wisdom.

Breathe deeply through your nose and out through your mouth. With each inhale and exhale, surrender o the visions you want to see. Consciously focus your attention on them. Allow your visions to guide you on a new journey to new perceptions.

Sit as long as you wish. When you’re ready, gently come out of your meditation, and bring your focus back into the room in which you sitting. Take a moment to jot down any images you may have seen.

Maybe your longing for romance, and your envisioned a warm embrace with your partner. You may have seen images that make no sense at all to you. As you become more experienced with meditation, you will understand the meaning of these images.
