What’s the purpose of a blog?
These are questions I asked myself today.
I’m unsure how to get my blog noticed, what’s the right way of doing this? Then I thought there is no right way, I will use this as an outlet of both knowledge and communication with the outside world.
I struggle with my PTSD and how to control my frustrations on a daily basis. I found that meditation and mindfulness helps but I struggle sometimes for motivation. I would like some outside help, from others who struggle daily too.
